Warehouse Direct Tiles

Great bunch of guys who run this place. We firstly came in and India helped us choose or floor and splash back tiles for our laundry. We had samples of tiles, floor grates and laminate samples everywhere. Nothing was too much.I then picked up the tiles myself and they offered me a coffee and chat whilst i waited. Just a nice bunch of people.

We had purchased our laundry tiles from here and were told if we had any boxes left over after our renovations that were unopened and not damaged we can return them and receive our money back. We have gone to return them and they are saying we cannot have our money back because they don’t have this batch number in stock anymore. Very disappointing and won’t be returning there

WTD were recommended to us by a friend and we were not disappointed. We decided to go to the show room and have a look at the range of tiles and Charlie was so helpful in providing advice. We were able to take tiles away and spend time to decide what we liked and what would match our existing décor. From making the decision of what we wanted Ric and his team were amazing. There were a lot of difficult areas in tiling the inside of the apartment, but they were able to resolve any potential issues. We moved out of the apartment while the tiling was undertaken, but we did move in when they were completing the outside balcony and to watch the workmanship was amazing and respectful of your furniture and neighbours, they are a very professional outfit and I would highly recommend them to anybody who is considering tiling whatever area it might be.

We have used WDT twice now and both times we have been very happy with the results. Aleks, Charlie and the team ensured a smooth process from start to finish. Everything went according to plan and on time. They have a great selection of tiles and an expert team of tilers. Highly recommend.
