A warning on returns. When we first got the tiles they were great, good service. We originally had a pattern tile for the floor and walls of the bathroom. We finally went with a plain for the walls and they assured us we could return the excess pattern tile. Some three weeks later the tiles are laid, and we’ve just been told the excess are unable to be returned because they have since stopped stocking that tile in the intervening three weeks, and now we’re out of pocket hundreds of dollars. Misled, and fairly unimpressed.

I have just been here for a single white tile and they’re amazing. The customer service is excellent, the ladies here are so so nice. Their showroom has the most amazing tiles. Everything is neat, tidy and beautiful. Highly recommend Craft Decor!! Will be coming here for any future tiling I may need. Thank you!

Today I visited Craft Decor in Osborne Park with my daughter and spent 25 minutes browsing in the store. There were 3 ladies laughing behind the desk. They never acknowledged that we were in the store looking at various tile options. Even when I was just 3ms from them they never asked if they could help us.There were no other customers in the store. We were wanting to buy 280 sq m of Wood look tiles. A few doors up at another tiling store we were welcomed immediately by a young man ... and yes ... gave us three long tiles to take home and see which colour would suit. 30 minutes later we placed our order... paid our deposit over the phone and the tiler who does alot of their installs rang back and organised everything. Do they think women cant make decisions!! Crazy!

What a great experience. After being acknowledged as we walked in we were able to wonder through Craft Decors extensive moderen tile range. Soon Zelyka approached and gave constructive advise to complete our choices.Happy customers.Marilyn

I entered the nightmare of finding tiles that met TADWA’s very strict criteria for a bathroom alteration. Craft Decor was the only company who not only met the criteria, but gave me choices… plus exceptional help and advice.

I went to Craft Decor three times to get different samples of tiles as I kept changing my mind and each time the staff working there were pretty helpful. In particular, Katrina went totally out of her way and was so patient with me helping me to choose tiles for our bathroom. She drawn pictures for me to show me how the final look might look like and came up with amazing ideas and gave me lots of tips. Great selection of tiles too. Would highly recommend Craft Decor.

We have used CD in Osborne Park exclusively for the past 4 years with a number of tiling renovations with good reason. Service is always very personal, knowledge of product is really good and price is always right. Thanks once again team!

Do you have a large selection of tiles and very competetive pricing full stop the service is outstanding as their very generous with supplying samples including handing out full large 600 mm tiles. Very straightforward process ordering the tiles on the phone. Having been to nearly every tile shop in Perth this one is possibly going to be my default choice in future.
