Watched two saleswomen both watch me stumble through the door with a three metre tile trim in hand and the door in the other. There were no customers in the store. Then Julie wanted to argue with me over who I had spoken to over the phone to place my last order. Then I got ignored while sitting in front of them and then they both watched me leave again with no help to get trim out the door.

The sales personnel were fantastic. When asked what we were looking for the lovely lady cracked jokes, offered endless advice and options to suit our budget. Then when we thought we had what we wanted she gave us alternatives. We were very impressed with the range and excellent prices and of course the excellent staff. We would definitely recommend this shop.

Yes, Stay Away from this place 2 staff very ignorant, never even got off their chairs, so went to Craft Decor came straight over to assist now that's customer service.

Helen at The Joondalup store was fantastic with helping us sort out our tile choices in a very timely fashion. She understood my aesthetic straight away and made the process so much easier! Thank you Helen, I’ll definitely be coming back here for our next Reno!

Ordered same tiles we have in our bathroom for the new ensuite. Did this 6 weeks before date we required them, they had them in stock at time and was told they would be ready for pickup when we want. That day arrived and was told they were on sold to someone and the new stock won't arrive till 19th. Our tiler is starting in the 15th and no tiler can wait for tiles in this current market. Was told to wait for stock or choose different size tiles. Was not offered any other resolution. Extremely unhappy with customer service for this. Lucky we went somewhere else and found tiles that suit.

Order was completely fouled up. The tiles ordered weren’t processed through to the warehouse, so when it came to them delivering…… nothing to deliver. Had to buy another brand and size to match all the appliances, kitchen and bathroom cabinets etc. Put all tradies on hold for a week, and the new tiles were out of the June sales period so not only were they a more expensive tile, they weren’t as price reduced as the sales.They were contrite and helped fix the issue. They pulled a few strings, gave some price reductions on new tiles. But this stuff up cost us thousands.

Wow, talk about bad customer service. We were served by Helen who was quite rude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her. Drove 5 mins down the road to Craft Decor, had excellent customer service and a great product for which was significantly cheaper. Don’t waste your time people.
