We went there on saturday and Annie Ziemba took really good care of us. She spent nearly two hours going through our selection and she went out of the way when colour matching our cupboards to tiles.. Its our first time building and we appreciate the time Aimee spent with us and her recommendations were valued.. would recommend this place highly. It does get really busy there

I went there in Monday.There was a lady behind the counter. She never acknowledged me, the whole I was there.I did not notice any other customers while I was there. So it is not like she was busy talking to a customer.There was an older gentleman mopping the floor.I was looking for tiles for our laundry and kitchen.Business must be great if you can ignore customers.

Massive range of ceramic designs and tiles.Showroom (with showcase) is beautifully designed and uses floor space well so you’re not bumping into people when it’s crowded.Owner and her staff are very friendly and genuinely there to help you make the decisions that you want for your home or project.Has sales stock sections with good prices, although the non discounted stock is well prices also. Recommend you at least visit before going straight to one of the generic tile providers around the area.

I ordered a wood look tile that had 7 different colours thru a m2 i received an open box taped with all one colour.????????? Confused!!!There suggestion to me was to drive 60km round trip to factory to swap over myself. Then when i said no she said she couldnt guarantee i would get the variation i wsnted second time around. I had to argue to get them to do the right thing and deliver what they are displaying in shop. .Very fissapointing

So helpful. Took all my colours and spent quite a while choosing my tiles with added expert advice and suggestions now have two wonderfull bathrooms.

I love the range of tiles here, having bought bathroom floor and wall tiles, and pool tiles here. They are good quality, and the prices were much better than equivalent options elsewhere too.Our pool tiler was pretty excited with the Onix pool tiles, he didn't think you could get them in Perth (let alone in stock). They are a pool tilers dream, with big sheets, and non-mesh backing.The only down side we found was that you need to load tiles into your car yourself, if picking up. I came to pick up large-ish format porcelain floor tiles (ie heavy boxes, and lots of them) whilst fairly pregnant. The staff member assisting me ended up roping in a strong looking customer to come and help out. Everywhere else I have bought tiles from has loaded the tiles for you, so I was definitely not prepared for the heavy lifting whilst pregnant.

Visited many times and the level of service differed dramatically each time. The most annoying part was the information we received about our selections. We were advised our choice was the same price as builders included tile, but may have a 'small laying charge' due to them being 100mm longer.That small laying charge ended up being roughly $1000 more.Let's hope the tile quality makes up for it!

Went here today and the selection of well priced, quality tiles was better than anywhere I’ve seen for a while. Better yet, we were very undecided about tiles for our porch (renno project) so they let us take full samples home - not many places do - and they offered, we didn’t ask. A lovely French lady was very helpful. It was busy, being a Saturday, and only 2 staff on the floor but if you allow plenty of time and can be patient, it was worth it for us.

What a depressing range and display of tiles. It was even more upsetting to be shown the 'Builder's range' .......When compared to its neighbours Crosby Tiles and Myaree Ceramics, it really needs to lift its game and get with the times and current trends to attract the customer of today

Bought tiles & grout from this store, had one packet of grout 1.5KG left, sealed packet and they refused to refund, only $10.00 don't care but it's the principle, never going to them again
